Session 2011/12 Shiatsu Course

The Foundation course starts 8th October.

The Zen Shiatsu course starts 16th October.

Practice Classes from 7:00pm - 9:30pm
The practice class on Wednesday evenings on the first and third weeks of each month. Come and enjoy the company of others while polishing up your Shiatsu theory and practice.Elaine or another teacher will be there to keep you on the straight and narrow.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing such as a track or jogging suit.
