My study of Homoeopathy started in 1991  after a diagnosis of MS.  I had been working and living in France and Canada skiing, rafting; and thought I had it all! The diagnosis led me to ask how can I improve my health and then what health is and what that means to my life.
Graduating from the Scottish College in Glasgow in 1995 began a homoeopathic practice and continued study in Homoeopathy, Supervision and Therapeutics.
I became interested in the Therapeutic Relationship and this led to the development of supervision with a group of Stress Management Students in Greenock who were doing outreach work in the community.
In 2003 after 13 years of good health I had a crash and was diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis leaving me Paraplegic and dependent on a wheelchair. I received a gift of Shiatsu treatment from the group I had worked with in Greenock and met Elaine. The treament was wonderful and this led to discussions related to my work.
I developed the Communication Skills Module for the School and have been delivering it since 2005.
My love of life continues and I regularly practice Tai Chi and have travelled for workshops in Canada. I am also a keen wheelchair curler and recently won with a team in The Scottish Championships.
