Come and experience Shiatsu: a dynamic and powerful form of energy bodywork with traditional Japanese roots.

On this Introductory Day you will learn an effective sequence whichincludes basic meridian location, stretches and energy awareness. This will enable you to give a short relaxing and rejuvenating treatment to family and friends.

Introducing:

• Acupuncture points for first aid
• Do-In (Self Shiatsu)
• Effective use of your body energy
• Core Skills: relaxed pressure and hara breathing
• Self-health
