| | After graduating with a degree in Outdoor Recreation and Geography, I spent several years teaching outdoor pursuits all over the UK and in the USA. This eventually led me to managing different Watersports Centres across the country. I discovered Shiatsu after injuring my knee in a skiing accident in 1997 and with a desire to find out more, I began training with the Glasgow School in 1999. This journey changed my outlook on life and health and after assisting on courses I began the School's Teacher Training program. I have a practice at the Ayr Shiatsu Centre, teach regular Tai Ji classes and am currently studying Kinesiology. I am passionate about the outdoors using sea kayaking, biking and sailing to enrich and connect with this powerful natural energy. |
