This stand-alone course will give you the theory and skills to give an effective Seated Shiatus treatment on the head, neck, shoulder, arms and hands.

The curriculum includes Oriental Diagnosis and Theory, use of meridians and acupoints, relevant anatomy and physiology, stretches and rotations.

On successful completion you can then go and practise Seated Shiatsu on the public.

Students who successfully complete the On-site Seated Shiatsu course and wish to transfer to the three year Shiatsu Diploma may enter at the Shiatsy and the Five Elements level.

There are three formats of delivery (subject to numbers) for this course as follows.

• 14 Evenings from 7pm to 10pm
• 3 Weekend and a single day from 10am to 5pm
• Fast track which is 1 weekend and two single days from 10am to 5pm

Places are limited to ensure personal supervision.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing such as a track or jogging suit.
