Graduating in Recreation & Leisure Management, I spent 18 years as a Coach, in many different countries, facilitating personal & group development using the Outdoors. Life changed for me when I found Shiatsu through using the therapy for sports injuries & then finding it's deeper more profound affect on my life. I started studying with the Glasgow School in 1999 and, after graduating, decided I wanted to share the positive & supportive changes Shiatsu has on people who choose to learn more about this therapy. So I embarked on the School's Teacher Training program to share my knowledge & enthusiasm for this powerful energetic work. I complement my practice with CranioSacral Therapy, Esoteric Healing and Tai Ji and have a practice at the Ayr Shiatsu Centre in South Ayrshire.
