Laura Gunning
I knew soon after beginning my Shiatsu journey in 2016 that I wanted to teach and share it with as many people as possible. For me, Shiatsu is more than a therapy; it is a way of life and a means of empowering people to take an active role in their own mental and physical health.
My training has led me to work closely with clients experiencing mental health challenges and life-limiting conditions, and I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned through this work with future students of the School.
My qualifications include an accredited Diploma in Complementary Therapies from Glasgow Clyde College (2015), where I also gained a Certificate in Stress Management, and Oncology Massage. I completed the Level 4 Accredited Diploma in Shiatsu from the Glasgow School of Shiatsu & Laser Learning (2022). Currently I am completing a Certificate in Education & Training and I teach Foundation and 1st year level in the Shiatsu School.
