On Site Seated Shiatsu

A stand-alone course enabling you to give an effective Seated Shiatsu treatment

On Site Seated Shiatsu is ideal in corporate settings for treating staff by keeping their wellbeing in check, for short taster sessions at events from wellbeing events all the way through the spectrum to family community fun days, and for when receivers cannot get up on to a table or down on to the floor. Shiatsu practitioners have used On Site Seated Shiatsu within the workplace, education, bookshops and numerous events.

This type of treatment is very convenient for people who are short on time as they can receive it within their workplace or while at an event. A short 15 minute seated Shiatsu treatment on the back, neck and shoulders can have huge benefits and can help introduce clients to the more comprehensive full body treatments.

This stand-alone course gives you the theory and skills to give an effective Seated Shiatsu treatment on the head, neck, shoulder, arms and hands. The curriculum includes Oriental Diagnosis and Theory, use of meridians and acupoints, relevant anatomy and physiology, stretches and rotations.
